Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role within our marketing automation department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful, result-driven experiences for our supporters through strategic planning, precise execution, and insightful analysis of our digital communications across assigned initiatives.

This specialist will provide expert guidance and mentorship to the marketing automation coordinators, focusing on navigating the operational and technical intricacies of marketing automation delivery and execution.

The primary objective is to drive acquisition, deepen engagement, and foster retention while emphasizing our impactful role as a leader in men's health advocacy.

The specialist will adopt a thorough and methodical approach, ensuring that audience insights, data-driven strategies, and brand integrity are at the forefront.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans, execute with precision, and analyze digital communications effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to marketing automation coordinators on operational and technical aspects of marketing automation delivery and execution.
  • Deliver high-quality results across global markets utilizing automated digital marketing channels (email, SMS, push notifications) through our marketing automation platform.
  • Craft, optimize, and deliver campaigns that drive acquisition, deepen engagement, and foster retention while upholding brand integrity.
  • Apply audience insights and data-driven strategies to campaigns and initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of email marketing experience utilizing an enterprise marketing automation platform.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive actionable insights from data through experimentation.
  • Experience coaching team members on marketing automation technical skills and industry best practices.
  • Experience working collaboratively with teams across locations and time zones.
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Above-average attention to accuracy and detail, with strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility; high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
