About This Opportunity

This role is focused on labour market information and employer relationship management. The successful candidate will provide valuable insights to AMES Australia employees, driving growth in employment opportunities through referrals, placements, and outcomes.

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate key skills and qualifications:

  • A strong educational background in Commerce, Arts, Business, or Social Sciences; or
  • Significant industry experience with a proven track record of achievement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated local labour market knowledge and analytical skills;
  • Strong initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and develop relationships with employers, hosts, and Registered Training Organisations to create sustainable employment & training opportunities for clients;
  2. Provide strategic labour market information to drive employment growth and meet organisational objectives;
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve high performance and productivity;
  4. Mentor and manage employees to deliver exceptional results.
