Consumer Insights Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based insights that inform strategic marketing decisions.

Your primary role will be to manage continuous data sources, conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports, ensure data integrity, measure and report on marketing program performance, manage content on the consumer insights portal, share insights internally and externally, and support marketing strategies with insight-driven analysis and category overview reports.

About the Job:

  • You will hold a tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
  • You have 2+ years' experience in consumer or shopper data analysis and reporting.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have an understanding of marketing and category management.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • You have experience working with grocery or category tracking tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Quantium, Fresh Logic).
