Lead Trading Product Delivery

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of new trading functionality across a large-scale SaaS platform.

You will manage distributed teams spanning multiple regions, ensuring trading product builds are delivered to scale, on time, and in line with the overall architecture roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical solutions aligned to product strategy.
  • Manage large-scale distributed teams and set standards for development frameworks, documentation, and reporting.
  • Translate complex trading requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
  • Drive agile delivery and act as the delivery bridge between business/product teams and technology squads.
  • Ensure SaaS deployments, API integrations, and cloud-native builds meet the highest standard.
About You
  • Trading domain expertise - experience with trading platforms, systems, or products.
  • Large-scale technology delivery - proven track record running major software delivery programs with multiple squads/teams.
  • Platform/product expertise - strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and technical platform builds, ideally in wealth/trading contexts.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence in scaled agile environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS, domain-based APIs, React UI.
