Job DescriptionAs part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a talented Solution Architect to join our team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our business.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of designing and delivering high-quality digital solutions and will be responsible for leading and supporting technology consulting projects, identifying and advising on appropriate solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise and leadership on suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of architectural diagrams and technical specifications for multi-platform products
- Leading the technical design and development of digital projects
- Working alongside clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide technical expertise and leadership on suitable solutions
- Setting up software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control
- Collaboration with product leads, consultants, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions across web, mobile apps, and OTT
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in software development and solution architecture
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services, Microsoft Azure is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and directly with clients
- Strong technical skills in software development, including hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
- Experience in utilizing and implementing core digital technologies, including CMS, CRM, VMS, data warehouse & middleware systems
- A passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a flair for finding innovative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Experience leading teams of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship
