Job Title: Batching Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill a key position in our operations team at our concrete plant in Brisbane.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient batching and loading of concrete, participating in day-to-day site operations, and operating plant and mobile equipment safely and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Batching orders to specified mix designs using dedicated programs and systems.
  • Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching.
  • Managing day-to-day administration, including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts.
  • Participation in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.
  • General yard housekeeping and maintenance.
