Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to oversee batching operations at our concrete plant.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs using dedicated programs and systems
  • Operate front-end loaders to weigh up materials for batching safely and efficiently
  • Manage day-to-day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participate in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • Maintain general yard housekeeping and perform routine maintenance tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interest in the concrete industry, with full training provided as needed
  • Sound computer skills, including working with multiple systems and safety reporting software
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover various responsibilities across the plant as required
