Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Batching Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, this person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient batching and loading of concrete at our Noosa facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Batching orders accurately according to specified mix designs using dedicated programs
  • Safely operating front-end loaders to weigh materials for batching purposes
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
  • Participating in safety initiatives such as pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of the concrete industry (further training will be provided)
  • Proficient computer skills with experience working multiple systems
  • Flexibility to cover various responsibilities across the plant as required
