Senior Residential Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team in a residential project at Harris Crossing, Townsville.
About the Role- This is a key position within our volume residential builder environment, with typical home delivery of 12–16 weeks.
- You will be responsible for managing a massive site with over 1000 homes to be built over the next 4 - 6 years, potentially managing up to 60 homes at varying stages of construction throughout the project.
- Manage site set-up, framing, through to handover, depending on your skills and experience.
- C coordinate scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion.
- Liaise with Contractors, Labourers, and Plant Operators.
- Trade qualification – preferably in carpentry.
- QBCC Supervisor Licence – essential.
- Proven background in production/volume residential construction.
- Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Able to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the go.
- A valid Driver's Licence.
