Senior Mental Health Clinical Leader

The role involves providing high-quality psychiatric services and clinical leadership to mental health teams within the division of mental health services. The successful candidate will lead community teams in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, while also contributing to the development and review of clinical practice, procedures, protocols, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides direct psychiatric clinical services to consumers of mental health and leads community mental health teams in delivering high-quality clinical care.
- Leads and develops clinical practice, procedures, protocols, and policies that support evidence-based, timely, and seamless care for consumers within mental health services.
- Contributes to professional development activities for all members of the multidisciplinary mental health team.
- Creates an environment of education, quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and reflective feedback and learning.
