About the Role:

  • You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the commercial success of the project by overseeing financial performance, contractual compliance, risk management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement from pre-contract through to delivery and finalization.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator role on major civil infrastructure projects with a strong background in bulk earthworks, environmental remediation, or mining/civil construction.
  • A deep understanding of contract administration, cost control, claims management, and commercial risk is essential for this position.
  • The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, legal, and delivery teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator role on major civil infrastructure projects ($100M+ ideally).
  • Strong background in bulk earthworks, environmental remediation, or mining/civil construction.
  • A deep understanding of contract administration, cost control, claims management, and commercial risk.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, legal, and delivery teams.
