Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader, Land Development to join our growing team in Darwin. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role monitoring and driving the performance of projects to successfully meet client commitments and foster strong relationships. With the support of over 460 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.

Specifically:

  • Lead and manage large-scale land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.
