Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end bid process, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the Full Bid Lifecycle
- Identify opportunities, prepare tenders, and manage post-tender activities.
- C coordinate cross-functional teams to align strategy, technical inputs, pricing, and commercial requirements.
- Develop clear and persuasive tender responses that integrate technical, commercial, and financial components.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to shape competitive pricing while managing risk and contractual compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all bid communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead post-submission clarifications, support negotiations, and conduct debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen our bid capability and performance.
- Deliver Competitive, Compliant, and Compelling Proposals
- Work at the intersection of commercial strategy, operations, and government engagement.
- Protect our commercial interests and contribute to our position as Australia's largest and most experienced privately owned bus operator.
