Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at our Richmond Platinum club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through proactive outreach activities, sales promotions, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on meeting member needs
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire members to take action
  • Drive and goal-focused approach to excel in the role
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others achieve their goals
