Fitness First Member Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their fitness journey is successful and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive membership growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and implementing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Achieve sales targets by generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that members feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow membership numbers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions to drive membership growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
