About the Role

Johnson Controls is the global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming the environments where people live, work, learn and play.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of sales proposals, tenders and quotations in line with Johnson Controls' corporate policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience working with consultants, owners, main contractors and other key stakeholders within the building and commercial industry.
