About the Role
Daikin Australia is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the operations of Daikin Trade Centres, manage sales budgets, and oversee staffing. This role will contribute to the development of the annual DTC state sales strategy, in collaboration with the State Manager, to support Daikin's overall strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage individual store and sales staff performance to meet DTC sales targets for units and accessories.
- Coach and mentor DTC Sales team members to ensure their continual success and day-to-day staff, including rostering.
About You
The successful applicant should have:
- Previous demonstrated leadership management skills, ideally in a Trade industry.
- Strong understanding of trade market dynamics and customers.
- Ability to be adaptive and agile to constant challenges & changes.
- Firm understanding of WH&S requirements.
