Job Title: Technical Test Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Test Lead to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement test strategies and plans based on project requirements
- Lead test execution and defect management teams
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for our customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
- Strong experience in UI, API Automation using Selenium (JAVA), Rest Assured and Postman
- Good understanding and experience in creating robust automation frameworks
- Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity and Playwright-BDD
- Ability to work with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle etc.
- Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
