Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all quality requirements are met and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the implementation of quality assurance programs and processes across various projects. This includes developing and implementing quality plans, conducting regular audits and inspections, and identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality plans for various projects, ensuring that all quality requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, working closely with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality activities, including audit findings and inspection results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or business.
  • 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
