We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' supplier rationalisation program across newly acquired and existing global entities. In this strategic initiative, you will work collaboratively with procurement and business partners to consolidate suppliers, review payment models, and manage contract reviews and negotiations, driving efficiency and meeting strategic procurement needs.

About the Role:

This full-time, 6-12 month position offers potential for extension or permanent conversion as the procurement function expands. Step into a leadership role and drive a global supplier rationalisation program, streamlining supplier management processes and delivering cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global procurement and business partners to align procurement and category management strategies.
  • Lead Supplier Rationalisation efforts by assessing and consolidating suppliers, reviewing payment models, and updating contracts.
  • Analyse Supplier Data using advanced tools, maintaining databases to inform strategic procurement decisions.
  • Deliver Cost Savings Reports and track against acquisition forecasts to showcase program impact.
  • Manage Risk and Compliance by assessing supplier markets and contracts, identifying, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Enhance Supplier Performance through regular reporting and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years' experience in procurement or commercial procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • MCIPS certification (desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation, review, and management within procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
