About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the delivery and administration of the Learning on Country Program, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, operational standards, and funding requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the LoC Program, including contract management, procurement, payments, program reporting, and compliance.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of effective communication strategies across multiple remote communities in the Northern Territory.
  • Manage logistical arrangements for program promotional events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field, with a strong focus on project management, financial planning, and business operations.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent cross-cultural, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of and experience in effectively utilising social media platforms, website maintenance, and project management tools.
