Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to lead our implementation and support services for ADP GlobalView. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consulting and implementation services to clients, in line with agreed standards and timeframes.

About the Role

The Workforce Manager will play a key role in implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution, ensuring that all departmental KPIs are met through the provision of high-quality consulting and implementation services. Key responsibilities include performing workshops to gather client information, designing and documenting solutions, taking ownership of configuration and testing, and providing guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions, as well as demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role. A tertiary qualification in a related field is preferred, and completion of UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions or ADP Enterprise eTIME /Workforce Manager training is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. They will also possess a strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources and Time Management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform workshops to gather client information and requirements
  • Design and document solutions, including business requirements and interface specifications
  • Take ownership of configuration and testing, working with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system
  • Provide guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases
Requirements
  • Strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions
  • Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role
  • Experience working on global projects
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources and Time Management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
