The position of GlobalView Implementation Consultant Lead is responsible for the implementation and support of ADP's GlobalView solution, ensuring all departmental KPIs are achieved.
This involves providing consulting and implementation services to clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement client solutions using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product.
- Perform blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements.
- Design and document client solutions including business requirements and program specifications according to ADP documentation guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Evaluate project issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration.
- Provide sample test scripts for clients.
- Support clients through user acceptance, parallel testing, and go-live phases.
- Collaborate with clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP products, related news, and developments.
- Contribute to the improvement of the ADP GlobalView template.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions.
- Provide technical onboarding and training to new consultants.
- Support graduates under the Global Implementation Academy.
- 2-5 years of experience in a complex operational or service delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources, Portal, or Time Management systems.
- Experience in SAP ERP System is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
