Restructuring and Insolvency Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Accounting Manager to join our team at BeBee. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex financial situations and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute client engagements, conducting financial analysis and providing strategic advice to help clients overcome financial difficulties.
- Develop and implement restructuring and insolvency strategies, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Oversee engagement teams, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Assist clients in analyzing and understanding their business performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address financial challenges.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence, communicating complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters, providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our team and clients.
- 3-6 years of experience managing professional restructuring cases.
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related field.
- CA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
