To excel in this position, you should possess substantial experience in managing large-scale commercial insolvency and/or restructuring cases, demonstrating the capability to oversee matters while collaborating within a cohesive and inclusive team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a wide variety of restructuring and insolvency cases, including international matters
- Draft legal opinions, prepare court documents, and represent clients in hearings
- Collaborate with a diverse and high-profile client base, assisting in negotiations
- Actively participate in business development and marketing efforts
- Contribute to the firm's values and culture through involvement in CSR, pro-bono, and social initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the team
Qualifications
- A minimum of + years PQE in a reputable Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice
- A commercial mindset with experience in handling complex transactions
- Outstanding client relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting abilities
