Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Work on complex restructuring and insolvency cases, including drafting advices, preparing court documents, and attending hearings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including major Australian and foreign banks, top-tier corporates, and investment banks.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior lawyers within the team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and develop.
- Participate in CSR, pro-bono, and social activities, contributing to the firm's values and culture.
- 2+ years PQE in a reputable Restructuring and Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice.
- Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions.
- Exceptional client liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
