Lawyer (2-4 PQE) - Restructuring & Insolvency Specialist

About the Role
Clayton Utz is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join their Restructuring and Insolvency team in Perth. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Partners Cameron Belyea and Alistair Fleming on major restructuring and strategic advisory roles in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of court documents, affidavits, briefs, observations, and liquidation examinations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Contribute to the development of the team's technical skills and expertise in Restructuring and Insolvency Law.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of post-admission experience in a commercial litigation or restructuring and insolvency practice.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
