Performance and Reward Opportunity
This role plays a key part in developing and implementing the performance and reward strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision making.
- Manage market data submissions, undertake benchmarking, and conduct job levelling.
- Support annual pay review processes, including analysis and reporting, data checks, and partnering with payroll teams.
- Monitor and respond to employee queries, and maintain internal reward content.
- Support other HR teams to increase their reward knowledge.
- Implement global performance management frameworks and provide local expertise.
- Review competitiveness of benefits and increase awareness among employees.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience in performance and reward, ideally from a banking or consultancy background.
- Understanding of current reward trends.
- Analytical and numerate skills to interpret data and provide insights.
