We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in the Intensive Care Unit at Broken Hill, Australia. Our hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and person-centered care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based practice and critical thinking in patient care
- Supervise and mentor enrolled nurses and assistants in nursing, as well as students on clinical placement
- 7 weeks annual leave

Selection Criteria:- Nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA
- A postgraduate or minimum Graduate Certificate qualification in Intensive Care, Coronary Care, or Critical Care
- Application of professional and ethical boundaries in patient care
- Application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking in patient care
- Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Commitment to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families
- Participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence
- Effective communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
