Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Flight Nurse. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an aeromedical environment. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously and utilize your skills and experience to deliver acute patient care.
About the Role- You will take initiative in emergency situations following established guidelines, working in conjunction with Medical Officers or on-call Medical Retrieval Consultants as required.
- You will be familiar with relevant state drug and poisons regulations and the Controlled Substances Act.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- Post-registration qualifications in midwifery with experience in a birth suite environment are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 4 years' post-graduate critical care and nursing experience in fields such as emergency, ICU, cardiac, or cardiothoracic nursing is essential.
- Current Advanced Life Support certification is a requirement.
