What You'll Be Doing

This role focuses on specialist frontline work within a collaborative team environment, prioritizing patient experience.

Requirements
  • A degree in healthcare or behavioural science, such as Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Health Science (with eligibility for registration/professional association) and at least two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are necessary.
  • Evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and person-centred care advocacy are key.
  • Independence and teamwork, along with carer/NGO collaboration, are expected.
  • Multicultural competence and mutual respect are vital.
  • Ongoing professional development and skill maintenance are required.
  • Understanding of ethical practices and recovery models is essential.
  • A valid driver's license for NSW is needed.
