We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to drive innovation and shape the future of our civil infrastructure projects.

About the Role

In this fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to excel by leveraging your exceptional attitude, work ethic, and technical expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling tools for seamless execution
  • Collaboration with engineers and construction teams for timely delivery
  • Thriving under pressure and meeting strict deadlines with poise and professionalism
  • Working independently and taking ownership of projects
  • Championing company policies and guidelines with unwavering diligence
  • Assisting the civil team to guarantee timely project delivery
  • Coordinating logistics, plant/vehicles, and resources across departments
  • Conducting SWMS, Prestart, and Toolbox Talks on-site each morning
  • Interpreting architectural and structural drawings for flawless implementation
  • Collaboration with supervisors and managing on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standards
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Engineering or relevant qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Previous on-site and project experience (preferred) with proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
