Leadership Opportunity in Civil Engineering

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to take on a senior role within our civil engineering team. As Associate Director, you will be responsible for the management and growth of the business, working closely with the Director to achieve project and business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in civil infrastructure, combined with excellent leadership and management skills. They will be able to mentor and develop staff, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the business, working closely with the Director.
  • Lead the organisation and delivery of projects, ensuring professional, timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Mentor, guide and manage staff to achieve project and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks.
  • Report monthly to the Director on operational activities, project performance and growth opportunities.

  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High-level technical expertise in civil infrastructure.
  • Organised and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status, or eligibility, preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management and team leadership capability.
