As a Senior Associate Civil Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban development.

About the Role

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects for public and private clients, providing strategic guidance and management expertise.

Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions that drive value and mitigate complexities.

Liaise across technical teams to provide consolidated guidance on infrastructure planning, design, approvals, and delivery.

Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to grow business opportunities.

Mentor and support mid-level and junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements
  • Hands-on project experience at all phases of the project lifecycle, including master planning, feasibility studies, and infrastructure studies.
  • Experience in managing multiple utility services and understanding regulatory frameworks for land development.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work on complex tasks and interact with middle to senior level professionals.

Degree-qualified or higher in Civil Engineering and alignment with our organization's attributes are required.
