Are you passionate about gymnastics and have the ability to inspire young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic Gymnastics Program Leader to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Intermediate or advanced coaching accreditation
  • Demonstrated coaching and programming experience within the gymnastics environment
  • Experience working with young people and strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as be a part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Train, support and develop gymnastics coaches
  • Build your broad coaching experience across various classes and programs
  • Coordinate and deliver gymnastics programs for schools, school holidays and birthday parties
  • Develop, implement and coordinate internal competitions
  • Ensure safety standards are delivered to the highest standard
  • Identify and develop new programs through marketing and promotion to increase participation and retention
