About the Role
  • Perform tasks according to established guidelines, care plans, and supervisor directions with precision.
  • Support clients in achieving maximum independence by meeting daily living needs within care plans.
  • Report any notable changes in client condition and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Participate in mandatory training and keep accurate records.
Requirements
  • Australian Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess a registered and insured car.
  • Possess a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Have undergone a police check and received a flu vaccination.
  • Previous experience in community or aged care is highly desirable but not essential.
