Support Young People in a Fulfilling Career

Are you passionate about empowering young individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations? As a Youth Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

This rewarding role involves assessing the needs of participants, identifying barriers to employment, and providing solutions-focused approaches to support them in achieving ongoing education and/or employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess participant needs and develop individualized plans to support their employment goals
  • Identify and address barriers to employment, such as lack of skills or experience
  • Provide job training and placement services to help participants secure employment
  • Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to participants

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
