Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a mentor for young adults.

As a mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to achieve their education and employment goals. Your key responsibilities will include assessing the needs of participants, identifying barriers to employment, and providing solutions-focused approaches to support young people.

Successful applicants will have a strong passion for working with young people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be happy to take on new challenges, work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of our participants.

Key Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
