This role is pivotal for advancing the change enablement framework and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a customer advocate for change enablement matters.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end change enablement activities across service environments.
  • Lead and chair change enablement forums and working groups to ensure alignment with best practice frameworks.
  • Provide timely communications on change enablement to customers, service providers, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SIAM end-to-end change enablement or change management environments.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing change enablement processes.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and industry representatives.
  • Leadership experience in user-centric initiatives within ITSM services and support.
