About the Role:

In this key position with Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd - F47, you'll be a vital part of our Direct Business Development/sales team, responsible for building strategic relationships with top real estate and security integration companies. Your focus will be on effectively leading Key for Business (KfB) expansion and other products and services. You'll engage in outbound/inbound activities related to numerous products, including Amazon KfB building footprint expansion, where Key for Business technology is installed.

You'll work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Program Management to manage top customer and channel partners relationships and serve as an escalation path for the success of our building management customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize Sales Priorities
  2. Meet Specific Sales Goals
  3. Manage and Maintain Go-To-Market Strategy
  4. Serve as Sponsor for Key Customer Relationships
  5. Manage Issues, Problems, and Observations Coming from Customers
  6. Develop and Own New Mechanisms to Scale Goals
  7. Ownership of Input Goals (Relationships and Pipeline) and Output Goals (Unit/Building Installs)

About the Team:

Amazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon logistic's delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

The Business Development and Marketing team provides strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategy to drive customer adoption.
