Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our digital transformation program, focusing on the development and delivery of bespoke revenue management systems.

  • The selected candidate will collaborate with project managers, tech leads, business analysts, and fellow developers to design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with industry standards.
  • This role involves participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical workshops while delivering clean, maintainable, and testable code in line with project specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in C# .NET / .NET Core programming languages is essential, with equivalent skills in Java also acceptable.
  • A solid background in .NET SPA, WebAPI, IIS, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework is required.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database design principles, and system architecture concepts is necessary.
  • The ability to work with Atlassian tools like Bitbucket, Jira, and Bamboo is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of network design and security principles is also expected.
  • Familiarity with desktop and web application development using WPF/XAML, SPA is preferred.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP/MQ services, open API specs, dependency injection, unit testing, CI/CD, and technical documentation is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with virtual machine infrastructure, environments, web servers, DNS is also an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of system architecture and security implementation is crucial for this role.
  • As part of the hiring process, you will be required to provide a national police clearance and have Australian working rights.
