This Service Desk Lead role is a hands-on position requiring technical IT expertise and leadership skills. Working closely with clients, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of different IT environments and exposure to the latest technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop knowledge of client IT environments.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Project manage client projects.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure complex issues are resolved.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require an IT qualification and relevant product certifications. Proven capability working with Microsoft technologies is essential, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with your team and clients. A proactive and engaging communicator is required, with a high value placed on transparency.
