Front of House Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced front of house service professional to join our team in Melbourne.

The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service skills, coupled with excellent food and wine knowledge. This includes:

  • Proven experience in a fine dining or similar environment
  • Experience as a section waiter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service-driven and customer-focused
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Positive, friendly and outgoing attitude
  • Excellent presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Valid Victorian RSA certificate

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and weekend work. Your shifts may comprise a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.
