The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine, as well as proven experience in high-quality establishments. A strong work ethic, collaborative mentality, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-quality establishment
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and wine
  • Confidence in running a section and maintaining service standards
  • WSET Level 2 or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Valid RSA and Food Safety certifications
  • Availability to work weekends with reliable transport
