Executive Fine Dining Service Manager

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Lead Fine Dining Waiter to create memorable experiences for guests in our Signature Restaurant. This rare opportunity allows you to be part of the opening team and drive exceptional guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
We are looking for a visible, energetic, and ethical leader who develops, maintains, and promotes a leadership philosophy that drives results and promotes a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge. Previous experience as a fine dining waiter in a high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
The Lead Fine Dining Waiter will work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver departmental goals and uphold exceptional guest satisfaction standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Create memorable experiences for guests
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a fine dining waiter in a high-end restaurant environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent service skills
- Dedicated team player
- High school diploma or equivalent required
