Trade Waiter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trade Waiter to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and receives attentive service throughout their visit. This includes greeting guests warmly, providing detailed information about our menu offerings, and making recommendations based on their preferences.

  • Greet and welcome guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage a designated section of the restaurant, ensuring all tables receive efficient and personalized service
  • Develop a deep understanding of our food, beer, and wine offerings, including seasonal items and special imports
  • Supervise junior waitstaff when required and participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Our ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a premium dining environment or high-end hospitality venue. They should possess advanced food and beverage service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium dining environment or high-end hospitality venue
  • Advanced food and beverage service skills, including fine dining etiquette and wine/beer pairing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
