**Job Title:** Learning and Development Specialist

**Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who is eager to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement training programs for internal team members on product knowledge.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product training and create associated materials.
- Assist in the development of eLearning product focused training for SSP.
- Coach and support internal team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and increase brand awareness.

**Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in medical device, marketing, or sales preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, scientific, biological, biomedical, or engineering required.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical, and marketing data.
