We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our team, overseeing the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.
About the Role- Lead the development of training needs analysis and associated documentation
- Maintain training registers and compliance tracking systems
- Oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs
- Create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
- Implement a 3-month compliance and training check process
- Establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review
- To lead the development of training needs analysis and associated documentation by identifying organisational performance gaps and recommending evidence-based solutions;
- To establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date training registers and compliance tracking systems to monitor progress against established targets;
- To oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs aligned with industry standards and best practice;
- To create and maintain comprehensive Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources that provide clear guidance on workplace policies and procedures;
- To implement a robust 3-month compliance and training check process to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements;
- To establish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review, providing insights to inform future business decisions.
- Proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within a complex, operational environment;
- Experience developing and executing training strategies, induction programs, and compliance frameworks;
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including with RTOs and industry bodies;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation;
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
