About the Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, maximizing sales opportunities, and strengthening our brand across Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Nick Scali Furniture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Utilize initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes and make informed business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate showroom teams to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop showroom teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Roster Management: Manage rosters to maximize showroom staff coverage and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Customer Traffic: Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms and increase sales.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising to create an engaging and immersive customer experience.

About You

  • Experience: Have significant multi-site retail management experience with strong experience in managing and motivating teams.
  • Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in driving a sales team through training, coaching, and performance management utilizing KPIs.
  • Conflict Resolution: Exceptional skills and experience in managing conflict and resolving complaints.
  • Sales Experience: Have sales experience in similar premium showroom environments.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized and have excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of established standards, including customer ordering, visual presentation standards, and individual team member performance.
