Event Operations Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of events, including setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure high-quality service and maintain guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the events team to achieve seamless event execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve event operations and guest experience

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Retail, Business, or related field (desirable)
  • Previous experience at a managerial level in event operations
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment or willingness to obtain
  • Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venues Certificate and Approved Manager's Licence or willingness to obtain
  • Previous experience responding to and resolving disputes relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers and guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Team player and hands-on with the flexibility to help and support your colleagues
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, and public holidays
